What is Nisarga (Nisarga)
Pro level meditation is definitely about us. This is your personal sensei / mentor who will teach you professional breathing techniques (pranayamas) and mindfulness work. The application is based on Zen Buddhism, Advaita and the writings of Patanjali.
What exactly will you learn?
1. You will master pranayama - breathing techniques that calm the mind and make it capable of concentration.
2. Practice attention: concentration, contemplation and attention-leaving. This will allow you to arbitrarily stop the internal dialogue, to be at rest among the endless stream of thoughts.
3. You will understand what you are constantly distracted by, around what topics, objects, people your thoughts always revolve. This will help determine what kind of relationship you have with the world around you.
How does Nisarga work?
1. You can install the free version of the application or use the Nisarga Premium subscription.
The basic version includes:
- one practice from the section "Pranayama";
- one practice from the Mindfulness section.
With Nisarga Premium you can use:
- all practices from the section "Pranayama";
- all practices from the "Mindfulness" section;
- all practices from the "Mindfulness" section.
2. Each technique has an audio instruction. You adjust the number of approaches (cycles) for the exercise yourself. The time spent exercising is shown in your profile. When you master one technique (determined by the number of minutes), the next one will become available. You see your development process over the entire period of practice.
