Mobile application: Personal account of SUE NAO NCC is an excellent tool for managing your housing and communal services!
The application works in conjunction with a single settlement center of the State Unitary Enterprise NCC NCC.
WHAT APPLICATION IS ABLE:
The application provides access to the user’s personal account of housing and communal services accrued in a single settlement center of the State Unitary Enterprise “NCC”. In the application you can:
• View accruals for the selected period.
• View the current receipt for housing and communal services with a breakdown by settlement items.
• Pay for a utility bill directly from your account.
• Submit meter readings and see previous readings from your account.
• View the data of the unified settlement center of the State Unitary Enterprise “NCC”: address, telephone, bank details for payment.
• View the database of regulatory documents governing legal relations in the field of housing and communal services
• View housing and communal services news
Work with several personal accounts is supported: you will see the data for each account separately in your personal account
HOW TO ENTER YOUR PERSONAL OFFICE
By default, the application provides access only to the demo version of your personal account. In order for you to be able to enter your personal account as a tenant, you must be given an access code in your personal account in a single settlement center of the State Unitary Enterprise NKK by telephone (81853) 40635, 40645 or by e-mail iro.nao@mail.ru
HOW IT WORKS:
The data you entered (meter readings) are sent to a specially created web service, and from there - straight to the unified settlement center of the State Unitary Enterprise “NCC”. Thus, a single settlement center will carry out calculations, using only relevant data. The calculated data in the form of receipts and charges are transferred to the mobile application.
