The application is part of the STEMAX TechCentre cloud service and does not work separately from it. STEMAX TechCentre service simplifies the work of technical staff and helps to quickly respond to customer requests. Interaction between the mobile application for the engineer, the web-interface for the dispatcher and the cloud server is carried out via a secure communication channel.
The application for the STEMAX TechCentre engineer is automatically loaded with customer requests that require a specialist visit to the serviced facility. The application form is adapted to the specifics of security and fire monitoring and contains everything you need to work at the facility. A technician through a mobile application will have access to detailed information about the equipment installed at the facility, contact persons, work history with attached photographs, facility plan and reports. During the work on the application, the engineer can change the security mode and put the object into the maintenance mode in real time (if the service administrator has set the necessary rights for the engineer). Calls and conversations between the dispatcher and the engineer are replaced with substantive messages in the context of the application. The engineer will instantly know about all changes that are made to the application using push notifications.
