Operating procedure:
1. Set "x1" and "y1"
2. Set "x2" and "y2"
3. Set "x" at which you want to find "y"
The result will be the calculated “y”, which you can see opposite the inputted “x” value, on the chart or in the “Solution” section.
On the graph, the desired values will be shown in red.
In the solution section, depending on the given x1, y1, x2, y2 and x, the calculation method (interpolation or extrapolation) will be determined.
For reference:
- During interpolation, the desired value will be within the specified limits (on the blue line)
- During extrapolation, the red dot will not be within the specified limits (not on the blue line).
