- fixes facts and events in the execution or non-fulfillment of agreements;
- allows, upon request, to express the opinion of the moderator, in the event of a dispute;
- establishes a rating system for the Service with the assignment of a positive or negative value to the user based on the results of the fulfillment (non-fulfillment) by the parties of the terms of the agreement.
HOW DOES THE SERVICE WORK?
01. Registration
Simple registration in the application, fill out the profile.
02. Formation of the terms of the agreement
Describe the terms of the agreement, determine the term, cost and others
parameters. If necessary, it is possible to include in the terms and conditions penalties for failure to comply with the terms of the agreement.
03. Sending an invite to an existing or not yet registered partner (user). Send an invitation (invite) to one or several existing partners (users), or partners outside the business social Service, to invite them to conclude an agreement. If the partner is not a user of the application, then by clicking on the invite he will be able to go through a quick
registration and start discussing and concluding an agreement.
04. Conclusion of an agreement (with mutual consent)
If both parties agree to the terms of the agreement, the partners agree to conclude an agreement. From this moment, the agreement is considered concluded and is subject to execution in accordance with its terms.
05. Execution of an agreement by the parties The process in which the parties fulfill their obligations under the previously accepted terms of the agreement. Application (Service) acts as
an impartial system of fixing the agreement itself and its conditions, as well as a platform for communications (clarification, informing, etc.) in the process of execution of the agreement by the parties. The party that sent the invitation ("invite") with the terms of the agreement is fully responsible for the fulfillment of the conditions put forward by it.
06. Completion of the execution of the agreement
The process when one party informs (demonstrates) performance
(non-fulfillment) of the terms of the agreement, and the other party accepts (does not accept) the result of the fulfillment. In the event of a dispute, the functionality of the Service allows the parties to attach materials (documents, photos) proving or refuting the fulfillment of the terms of the agreement.
07. Assigning a rating to partners
Based on the results of the execution (non-fulfillment) of the agreement, each party
participates in the rating system of the Service, where it is assigned a value from “reliable partner” (with the full implementation of the agreement) to “the person who lets people down” (if the agreement is not fulfilled).
08 Community of Responsible People
The service accumulates responsible people on whom you can rely in business. Members of the Service are business people who count on strict implementation of the agreement both on their part and on the part of a partner and are not tolerant of irresponsibility. Thus, persons showing irresponsibility and receiving a negative assessment in the rating system of the Service will be appropriately marked. The user has the opportunity to assess the risks of fulfilling the obligations of the party with a negative rating parameter before entering into any agreement with him.
