About Казначей

The "Treasurer" program is designed to keep track of finances in organizations and communities, which are financed from membership fees. Examples of such organizations are garden and garage cooperatives, parental committees at schools, and various interest societies. The program allows you to control the collection of contributions and take into account the spending of the collected funds.

To control the collection of contributions, you must fill in the list of community members. For each member, you must specify his name and the dates of entry and exclusion. The date of joining should be indicated only for those who joined the community after the start of the registration. The expiration date must be indicated for those who have left the community and will no longer pay membership fees.

In the planned income journal, you must enter the amount of contributions that community members must pay. In this case, you can specify both the amount that everyone must pay, and individual members of the community. The possibility of a personal indication can come in handy if someone has to donate more money or, on the contrary, has benefits on contributions. The personally indicated contributions are summed up with the total contributions for all.

After specifying the planned contributions, you can make the actual contributions. This information is recorded in the actual income journal. If contributions are paid in installments, then the information is also entered upon receipt of money. In this case, it is indicated where the money was received (cash desk, current account, plastic card, etc.). If necessary, you can add an unlimited number of accounting accounts to keep track of money.

To obtain summary information on planned and actual contributions, there are reports “Plan-fact of income”, “Balances and turnover of money”, “Mutual settlements of contributions” and “Movement of money in the accounting account”. The Plan-Actual Income report displays a list of community members with the total planned and actual contributions for each, as well as the total contribution arrears. If you want to view the payment history of a specific community member, you can use the Contribution Settlements report to do this.

The reports "Balances and turnover of money" and "Movement of money in the accounting account" allow you to obtain information about the real movement of money on accounting accounts and their balances.

Expense accounting can be carried out both with planning and simply on the fact of expenses. The list of expense items should include the main names of the main cost items. This list can always be supplemented in the course of using the program. Planned expenses are entered in the list of planned expenses, actual expenses in the list of actual expenses.

The summary information and comparison of planned and actual expenses can be obtained in the report “Plan-actual expenses”. The "Expense Item Card" report allows you to view all expenses for the selected item. All actual expenses are also displayed in the reports "Balances and turnover of money" and "Movement of money on the account".
All reports in the program can be viewed on the device screen, sent by e-mail, printed, saved to a file and shared with other methods available on the device.

The program can be used to keep track of the class budget, HOA budget, SNT budget, family budget, hobby club budget.
