The application "Sam Kill" (Sami language) was developed on the initiative of the tribal community of the indigenous small-numbered people of the Sami "Loparskaya"; learning and preserving the native language of the Sami.
The native language is the repository of the cultural memory of the people, the basis of its national self-identification and the heritage of world civilization. The language of the Kola Sámi is endangered, which means that the original Sámi culture is also under the threat of extinction.
The goal of the project is to create conditions for the preservation, promotion and more active use of the language of the indigenous small people of the Sami through the use of the Sam Kill mobile application (Sami language).
