The application "Photo for Technical Inspection" is designed to simplify sending photos, in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation on the requirements for a photographic image of vehicles in respect of which technical diagnostics were carried out.
Since March 1, 2022, the following requirements have been imposed on a photographic image:
- files with photographic images must be in .JPG, .JPEG format;
- contain exif-data (date, time, coordinates of the photographing place);
- the size of the file must be at least 300 and not more than 700 kilobytes;
- the size of the image horizontally and vertically must be at least 1280x720 pixels and no more than 1920x1080 pixels;
- images in grayscale or in black and white are not allowed;
- the image must contain a technical expert, in full growth.
This application allows you to perform photo fixation in accordance with the requirements in one of three ways: timer + tripod, selfie stick, stationary IP cameras. There is also support for a bluetooth button to remotely trigger the camera.
When using the front camera, to ensure the readability of the state. registration plate of the vehicle, image mirroring is applied.
IMPORTANT: do not use instant messengers or email clients to transfer the file from the device to the computer for further downloading to EAISTO-M, as they do not save the meta (exif) properties of the file, and you may receive errors.
A photographic image file can be saved:
- on the device;
- on your Yandex.Disk;
- on your Google Drive;
- on your e-mail;
- on your own service using a POST request.
If it is impossible to use Yandex.Disk, Google Drive, email or your own service, transfer the file directly via the cord to avoid errors

After 14 days, watermarks will appear on the images. If watermarks on images cause you inconvenience when using them, then it is possible to disable their display by subscribing to Goole Play, the subscription price is from 2400 to 3990 rubles. per year, depending on the payment method. It is possible to pay by invoice with closing documents for LLC and IP!
Also, a subscription provides access to the ability to manage application settings through your personal account.

Those. if you save even 1 minute of time, you save, thanks to our application, at least 25 thousand rubles a year, when loading your checkpoint by only 50% per day!
