Overcoming drug addiction, effective comprehensive rehabilitation of drug addicts is an urgent and practically significant task of modern healthcare. The immaturity of self-awareness, the existential crisis of the individual prevents the overcoming of drug addiction, which puts psychological rehabilitation at one of the main places in the structure of clinical, psychological and social measures to help people with drug addiction.
A positive prognosis of remission of persons with drug addiction is determined by the psychological characteristics of the person. Based on psychological parameters, a mathematical formula is obtained for predicting the maintenance of remission during the year, where

At K ≥ 1.0, a positive forecast is made for maintaining annual remission;
at K = 0.7 - 1.0 - an unstable forecast of preservation of annual remission;

Researchers at the Institute for Innovative Development of Samara State Medical University together with the Department of Medical Psychology and Psychotherapy created a program for predicting the effectiveness of annual remission of dependent behavior of a person according to psychological parameters. To simplify the calculations, the “ERP” application was created, the efficiency of the rehabilitation forecast based on a computer program patented during the study (No. 2016661402 in the Computer Software Register, from 07-10-2016). Economic effect Target corrective effect on negative psychological factors (“targets”) will reduce negative emotional experiences and maladaptive behavioral strategies that support the dependence pattern by about 2-5%.
WORK ALGORITHM. The determination of the prognosis of maintaining remission by a medical psychologist is as follows:
1- examination of the patient and obtaining numerical values of indicators by G. Rorschach test:
Tolerance to stress (D) - values from -5 to +5;
Situational Distress Index (D Adj) - values from -5 to +5;
Self perception (G) - values from 0 to 12;
indicators by R. Kettell test - factor “F” values from 0 to 12;
The factor of self-actualization according to E. Shostroma (Sy) - values 10 to 60.
2- filling in the numerical values of the corresponding cells in the Appendix “ERP” (effective rehabilitation forecast)
3-obtaining the numerical value of the coefficient of probability of maintaining remission during the year in this patient.
