My Territory is a mobile application for residents of apartment buildings and residential complexes.
This is a multifunctional service that provides ease of management of personal accounts of your property (apartments, parking spaces, storage rooms, etc.) and prompt communication with the management company.
With the application you can quickly and easily:
• Transmit meter readings and track the consumption of utility resources;
• Track accruals and receipt of payments, download receipts for housing and communal services and pay them without commission;
• Send requests to the management company and see the status of their consideration;
• Fill out applications, receive feedback on them and evaluate the quality of implementation;
• Promptly receive important information from the management company for your apartment building/residential complex;
• Order additional types of services: electrician, plumber, specialists in minor household repairs and apartment renovation;
• Participate in surveys to address the most pressing issues.
