An initiative and DIGITAL project Kamchatka Territory's digital social services platform - Kambal, which is being implemented in the interests of the residents of Kamchatka Territory.
Kambal is a government loyalty program similar to bonus programs in the commercial sector.
The main element of the project is a mobile application for citizens, in which you will be able to access:
- personal account and profile of the project participant (citizen);
- information about events and promotions held in the Kamchatka Territory, the ability to sign up for them, mark a visit;
- the opportunity to receive and accumulate social points for participating in promotions and programs;
- the ability to use the accumulated social points in exchange for goods, works, services.
The application is constantly evolving both in terms of functionality and the expansion of the catalog of promotions and offers for social points. The created digital platform of social services will give simplicity and flexibility to launch various actions, and, at the same time, encouragement and additional pleasant reward for citizens to participate in them.
In addition, the possibility of integrating a mobile application with discount programs of retail chains is being prepared, thereby it will be possible to use a single mobile application to receive discounts, bonuses and offers in popular retail chains.
