Module Description:
Demo version of the Hazardous Conditions / Hazardous Actions module of the Integrated Work Safety System (ISOBR) of VISITECH is a software package for automating the process of registering and recording hazardous activities and hazardous conditions in an enterprise. The introduction of the module aims to carry out continuous work to reduce the production and emergency risks of the enterprise. The way to manage industrial safety risks is based on preventive and corrective actions.
Module operation:
1. Operational registration and classification of dangerous actions, violations and dangerous conditions from mobile devices / PC:
2. Through numbering of OS / ML on the company
3. Automatic notification of responsible persons about identified OU / OD
4. The OU / OD card contains the following information:
- Category and subcategory of ОУ / ОД
- Description (text, sound recording)
- Mark on the object's electronic map
- Attaching photos, audio, video
- Risk assessment
5. Depending on the criticality of the identified OU / OD, a warning system of various levels (on violations and the appointment of corrective measures) has been implemented
6. The display on the electronic map of the object areas of PB, HSE and OOS requiring attention and adjustment
7. Statement of the task on elimination / prevention of OS / ML
8. Reporting and statistics on the number of identified OS / ML, categories and risk
9. System statistics and analytics OU / OD on the enterprise
