Pizzeria "Pechka" is about Neapolitan pizza cooked on wood. As in Naples, we use the finest soft wheat flour, water, sea salt and live yeast to make the dough. We cook pizza in a wood-fired oven at a temperature of 430-480 degrees Celsius, due to which the pizza acquires a leopard color and bakes for 90 seconds.
