The first service class is Fasten BY for affordable, fast, and convenient everyday rides. If you're looking for an upgrade, ride Upper to get drivers with the best ratings and higher class cars. Need a long ride across the city or to the airport? Request a ride in the Extra service class to relax in a spacious interior. The Max service class is for rides in business class cars. Drivers have a strict dress code, open the door for you, and have the best service for all your ride preferences and route suggestions.

Convenient payment methods
In the Fasten BY app, you can pay for rides by cards added in the app or in cash.
