Healthy at heart is an application focused on improving therapeutic adherence and reinforcing knowledge about your disease.
This app has features like:
Take control of your disease by making it easier for you to take your medications at the times established by your doctor.
Remember when you must attend your medical appointments by means of a previous alarm.
It helps with your daily record of blood glucose and blood pressure figures, generating a monthly record that you can print to take with you to your doctor.
It helps you keep control of your weight.
Inform what are the signs and symptoms of alarm for which you should go to the emergency room.
Provides advice on physical activity and a healthy diet.
It has a telephone directory of the main hospitals in the city of Pasto that you can call directly when you have an emergency.
Teaches specific care for diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, kidney disease, and stroke.
