India is a Democratic Country. Which, in simple words, means that the citizens elect their own Government for their overall wellbeing.
India is also a Republic Country. It means that the democratically elected government must work within the frame work of our Constitution.
Preamble of our Constitution starts with the words;

We, the people of India …….

So the people and their wellbeing must be at the center of Governance. It’s a primary duty of the Government to act for the overall good of its citizens. People also expect that the government will act fairly and provide a convenient governance to them. It’s a very legitimate expectation from its citizens.

This is an attempt to provide a neutral and convenient platform to people to give their honest feedback on the Individual and Common services provided by Government and to say 'Well Done' if they are happy or say 'Not Happy' to its Government if they aren't. Well Done echo will certainly motivate the Government to do better and Not Happy feedback will provide the Government the insight into its functioning to address the pain points.
Presently, people do give their feedback through social media and express their feelings. But it has limitation in the sense that it is an individual feedback and does not give overall picture. This platform will aggregate feedback over a period of time and provide overall picture to citizens as well to Government.

We will be sharing monthly analysis report (Individual Records will not be shared) with the Government as well as Public. It will help public to know the Well Done/Not Happy observation from citizens about its Government and Government to know where it must do extra to win the confidence of people.
