It is an application to improve the capture of information and analysis of agricultural credits, aimed at credit advisers of financial institutions linked to FINAGRO. It allows the entry of qualitative, quantitative and photographic information of small and medium producers, favoring their technical and financial analysis. It replaces physical credit applications and performs its own calculations for the evaluation of agricultural projects.
The application has intuitive menus and data entry fields, which includes: GPS georeferencing, photographs, Agroeconomic Reference Frames (production costs) and performance calculations. It also allows planning loan repayments following the seasonality of agricultural income and expenses (monthly or annual). It generates a general report of the applicant's credit in PDF format, where it includes the basic information, conditions of the application, balance sheet, income statement, cash flow projection, among others.
This solution allows the use of the updated Reference Frames generated by FINAGRO. Through the web, administration, credit conditions, users, permits and roles, interest rates, among others, are configured. More information in the mail: agroguia@finagro.com.co.
