The Star-C research project develops a mobile application that aims to provide personalized support in everyday life to improve lifestyle habits. It is based on experiences from Västerbotten's health surveys and provides support in the areas of physical activity, eating habits, consumption of alcohol and tobacco, and habits related to balance in life.

During the period 2025-2026, a larger study will be conducted with participants who are invited in connection with participating in Västerbotten's health surveys.
