The purchasing service is a completely digital service aimed at public companies, companies, associations etc. who want to buy invoices within Coop. With the Purchasing Service you get:
• Full control over purchases
◦ Who / Where / When & What
• Simplified administration as no receipt and expense report is needed
• E-invoice with full VAT account
• Web portal with complete overview of cost centers, users and purchases - at the item level
• Only Identified users via BankID
• Modern cash payment via our mobile app - no complicated card administration
• As an administrator, you set purchase limits in line with your certification regulations
Remember that you must have your BankID available when you activate the Purchase App.
