Follow five easy steps.

2. Download the App For Alexa or Echo

3. Plug in your Echo device
Plug in your Echo Dot device into any outlet. In about One minute, Alexa will greet you and will say it's ready for setup and the light will turn orange. Will let you know to complete setup in App For Alexa Echo.

4. Set up in the App For Alexa or Echo

Open the App For Alexa or Echo and follow the on-screen instructions to set up your device. If you aren't prompted to set up your device after opening the Alexa app, tap the More icon to add your device manually.
