The Vamat mobile application is part of the process of digitizing processes between the company, the customer and the driver. The mobile application is directly connected to the back-end system (portal), through which the company can create a transport order with all loads / unloads and forward it to the driver in the mobile application. The mobile application enables monitoring of driving orders, scanning of documents and communication between the dispatcher and the driver. Direct access to navigation and congestion notification are also part of the app. By acquiring the mobile application, the company will speed up the business process, as it allows the driver to immediately scan the documentation and complete the driving order upon delivery (scanned documents are downloaded to the portal and are the basis for creating an invoice). Upon receipt of the documentation, the company issues an invoice and forwards it to the customer via the portal. With the acquisition of a complete system, Vamat d.o.o. digitized the process of doing business and exchanging documentation with end customers.
