4. Download queue tickets
5. Supports multiple queues (simultaneous queues of different services)
4. Notifications (through the account is applied or push notifications on the smartphone)
5. Fill in the Community Satisfaction Index (IKM)
6. Fill in Enter Criticism and Suggestions
