About Medituj

We train to take care of our body and gradually prepare it for more and more load. Meditation is also an exercise. Exercise for our mind. Regular meditation will teach you to observe your thoughts, not lead them, and live in the present.

All you have to do is find at least 10 minutes a day just for yourself and the effect is guaranteed to come.

In the future, we are preparing guided meditations for complete beginners, but also for advanced ones.
