The village of Tovarníky is located in western Slovakia, from the point of view of territorial-administrative division, it belongs to the Nitra higher territorial unit, the district of Topoľčany. It lies northwest of the town of Topoľčany, stretching in the basin of the Chocina stream, which flows into the Nitra river. Due to development, the village merged with the town of Topoľčany.
