Ivan is the direct grower of the cereals used in the products of the bakery, whose cultivations extend over hectares and hectares of land divided between Latina, Valmontone and Pomezia. They are produced: wheat, spelled, rye, barley, evana and corn. The Mattonella bread, with a flattened and wide shape, characterized by a natural leavening of 72 hours; the Mokaccino Bread, with its characteristic color, also with natural leavening of 72 hours and made with wholemeal stone-ground flour; Pane Brigante, bread naturally leavened with mixed cereal flour. "The King of Bread" has something for everyone with its over 30 types of bread. Even the biscuits want theirs; there are more than 45 different ones, including classics and personally designed by Ivan. we invite you to try the tasty Pharaoh, wholemeal biscuit made with spelled flour: the Imperial biscuit, created with cereals and wine; and the Birrotto biscuit, made with spelled flour and double malt beer. Ivan's catering service, for parties and refreshments, is very popular and his products are quickly brushed by diners.
