The Social Assistance Navigator is intended for:
- receipt by a citizen (family) of information on measures of social support, including on the basis of a social contract, social services and social support, available depending on the life situation of the citizen (family);
- transmission to the bodies of social protection of the population of information on the expenses of citizens (families) who have received state social assistance on the basis of a social contract aimed at overcoming a difficult life situation;
- providing feedback from a citizen, including in the “question-answer” format, questionnaires, recording his results (dynamics) on getting out of a difficult life situation, overcoming (reducing the level) of poverty
