Application for the management of photographic documentation of assets in the context of judicial procedures dedicated to the operators of the Judicial Sales Institutes who use the Moses-Incanto suite from Solgesa as a back office management system.
Once you have logged in and validated the IVG on the cloud (via unique credentials for each operator), the App allows you to download the assets of each procedure present in the BackOffice onto the device by selecting it using the RGE Number, to draw up the photographic documentation for each well, to modify the description of the asset itself if necessary and then upload it to the company cloud with consequent updating of the back office database.
It's possible:
Operate in offline mode in case of no internet connection
Manage all functions through a side menu (Navigation Drawer)
Simultaneously manage different procedures without any limitation
Activate and manage the voice dictation of the description of the goods in order to speed up the updating operations
Automatically associate an unlimited number of photos with each asset
View analytical image galleries by single asset and global by procedure.
Check the status of each individual asset, make changes to the description, add photos before uploading to Moses' back office
Carry out the upload operation with an internet connection (via 3G/4G data connection and wifi)
The upload transfers and synchronizes all the assets of each single procedure on the IVG cloud, with the relative photographic documentation, making them available and consultable in real time in the reserved area of the Moses-Incanto management cloud.
From this moment on it is possible from the back office of Mosè-Incanto, through the relative management modules, to download from the cloud the descriptions of the goods, if modified, and the relative photos with the automatic association to each single good.
The times of the employee in the office dedicated to associating the photos to each asset are reset. It will no longer be necessary to save the photos on support folders on your PC and consequently manually associate them with each individual asset/lot.
