Fixbean

Fixbean is a mobile solution that facilitates direct, professional and secure communication between an organization or company and its target audience, whether they are employees, subscribers, reporters or residents.

The functionalities that appear on the screen of each user are defined and categorized by the system administrator from a control panel, and these can be private or open to the general public, or personalized to each user.

The system works entirely with or without an internet connection, giving the user the possibility to save the data and report it to the control panel when the signal is recovered.

Fixbean allows you to parameterize and follow the management of each of the events by defining resolution deadlines, automatically triggered alerts in case of deadlines and creation of task tables or actions to be followed in each of the events.

In addition, it includes notifications that can be sent by the Administrator in bulk to all its users or to selected users.

Fixbean integrates the transcription functionality of Google Cloud Speech-to-Text, which allows the operator, in uncomfortable environments, to record the audio of his novelty, which will be translated into text for further treatment.

The use of Blockchain technology is one of Fixbean's differentials, giving each generated file an extra layer of security.
