In the heart of city this institution is founded by Mr. Swatantra Kumar Gupta, the Principal of D.R.B. Inter College, Hathras in the sweet memory of his father Late Shri Makhan Lal Gupta and his mother Late Smt. Daya Vati on 26th June, 1998.
