But which course is really good, which course is suitable for you personally, which trainer suits you and what can you really flexibly access? What content is appropriate and do you really stay on the ball over time? These questions and many other topics led us to decide to develop and offer the relaXhearts® OSM.
Our OSM is an online stress management. But what does the OSM do differently than other systems? The course can be used online around the clock. Access is available for a full year after booking and can be extended for a further year at a special price if necessary. In addition, participants receive a high-quality title from the House of Dr. Arnd Stein as well as a free package of relaXhearts®, Stressdots® and Biodots® products for real-time testing of the stress and relaxation level.
And it goes even further: the course is lively, which means that it is continuously expanded and adapted to new knowledge. Of course, participants always have access to all innovations.
