About Raugi

It was in 1937 that the history of the Raugi Glacier began with Aladino who, along with his brothers and his sister, trained in ice cream making to complete the offer of their father who then made and sold castagnacci (flour donuts chestnut) and chickpea tarts from the Old Port district.

And since then, the love of quality and craftsmanship have remained constant. We work with carefully selected products that we transform in our laboratory in the heart of Bastia, to give birth to gourmet frozen desserts. From the most classic flavors to creative recipes imagined by our team of master ice cream parlors, enjoy a cone or an ice cream cup with the same pleasure as we have to make them.

A true Bastian institution, our Raugi ice cream parlor-pizzeria is a warm place where tradition and modernity meet.
