Companion application for working with LTE SCANNER devices from STC Cybernetics. It is used to scan the 2G / WCDMA / LTE frequency range in order to detect and account for base stations of operators in the user's environment.

The device supports the standards and frequency ranges adopted in the European part (including frequencies licensed by mobile operators in Russia):
