La Gardenia Pastry was born in 1974 in the heart of the city of Rieti, by master pastry chefs Cocco Vincenzo and Vittorio Emperors, and over the years it has now reached its third generation. The tenacity and commitment made it possible to pass the baton of the sweet and noble Art of Pastry.
With the operational and administrative support of my children, Simone and Manuel Cocco, we have created our new company "Cocco Sweetlab", in which we have transferred all our passion and our skills.
We have therefore continued to make use of the highest quality raw materials for the artisan production of our high quality confectionery products, in addition to benefiting from the daily commitment of our employees in the production of the wide range of confectionery products.
Our motto is "Per aspera ad astra", and therefore also in the difficulties that we will encounter in our journey, the goal will always be to improve our skills and our products, in order to always satisfy you, who are our strength.
