To access Erli’s Services, you will be required to create an Erli Account. When you create an Erli Account, you will obtain a Login ID and password. After you create an Erli Account, you will allow Erli to obtain certain information, such as, but not limited to, your name, daily salary, earned wage, mailing address, phone number, and email address (collectively "Account Information") from your Employer´s payroll system. You agree that any Account Information you provide will be accurate, current, and complete.
If you are an eligible user, you may request to receive one or more Advance Salaries of up to $200 each one into your registered Bank Account at any time between your payroll cycles by logging into your Erli Account. We may deny your request for an Advance Salary if you do not have at least up to $200 on salary earned, or if you have not paid back the advances received the in the previous payroll cycle.
We reserve the right to charge you an Advance Salary, including fees, through a payroll deduction, by the time you agree to the Terms of Use and Conditions, when confirming in the Application to receive an advance on your earned wage and linking your Employers' Payroll System Account to Erlis Application. You authorize your Employer to deposit in Erli´s designated bank account, the accumulated amount your received as Advances Salary, plus fees, which Erli deposited in your payroll bank account in your previous payroll cycle.
