The Ujin Service application is designed specifically for employees of management companies or contractors whose facilities are connected to the Ujin smart building platform.

After creating a personal profile, the Contractor can receive applications directly from residents or from the management company employees, as well as independently submit applications (depending on rights), receive an assessment of the work performed and create a personal rating.

The following functions are provided in the Ujin Service application for prompt work with applications:
• displaying a list of applications
• grouping applications depending on the status
• displaying information on each application
• creating an application (depending on the role)
• the ability to assign an executor (depending on the role)
• viewing documents for an application
• chat with the initiator of the application
• receiving push notifications when application data changes and new messages are received
• archive of applications with the ability to view the progress of execution, documents and messages
