The Ujin Service application is designed specifically for employees of management companies or contractors whose facilities are connected to the Ujin smart building platform.
The contractor creates a personal profile in order to receive applications directly from residents or from employees of the management company, as well as to receive an assessment of the work performed and form a personal rating.
For operational work with requests, the Ujin Service application provides the following functions:
• displaying a list of applications
• grouping applications depending on the status
• display of information for each application
• the ability to appoint an executor
• viewing documents on the application
• chat with the request initiator
• receiving push notifications when data on the application changes and new messages are received
• archive of applications with the ability to view the progress of execution, documents and messages
