The Information System for Advanced Training of Teachers (ISPRU) is a digital system designed mainly for collecting, processing, preparing reports on the status of advanced training, determining the need for advanced training of teachers by the Republican Institute for Advanced Training and Professional Retraining of Teachers. Retraining covers all teachers of educational institutions and employees of departments and departments of education of districts and regions, district methodological centers. ISPRU will be built on the basis of the Republican Institute for Advanced Training of Teachers, and the system will be fully managed by this institution. ISPRU has a wide range of users, each user has its own role, functions and capabilities. ISPRU is available in two forms as a website (online) and as a mobile application.
ISPRU provides information on in-service teacher training, including terms of study, professional development topics, problems and skills that teachers want to learn, and teacher professional needs based on observations. The scope of teachers' competence is directly collected and analyzed based on the results of lesson observations, questionnaires and self-assessment tools, as well as other aspects of professional development.
