How Does the Emergency Hotline Work?

Our team, which provides assistance and support according to the situation they are in, ensures that if the case is an emergency, the police station or gendarmerie is called according to the residence status and the security forces reach the victim as soon as possible. If the case is reported by someone outside the household and the complaint is made at the time of the incident, law enforcement officers are sent to the region. If the complaint is not instant, communication is provided on behalf of their calls at the time of the incident.
