The 3 elephants is a festival of current music and street arts that takes over downtown Laval (53) every year in May. The festival was created in 1998 in Lassay-Les-Châteaux in the north of Mayenne and has been taking place in downtown Laval since 2010 for a multi-generational and family audience. The festival is supported by the Poc Pok association, which also manages the contemporary music scene at 6PAR4 in Laval as well as Monte Dans L'Bus, a children's festival.
An unmissable event, The 3 Elephants is now the first musical event in the territory. Recognized for the quality and eclecticism of its programming, the festival welcomes more than 30,000 festival-goers each year. Every year, more than 80 artistic proposals invest twenty different places in the city center. About 60% of the artistic proposals are free.
