This app is for recording the amount of supplements drank.

Recording procedure
1. Tap the "Record" button at the bottom
2. Select the year, month and day and tap "Next"
3. Select the time and tap "Next"
4. Enter Supplier name and tap "Next"
* If there is a record of supplements, you can select from supplements you entered in the past by tapping "Select supplement"
5. Enter "Drinking Quantity" and tap "Next"
6. Confirm and tap "Done"


■ Export function
You can export as a CSV file by the following procedure.
1. Tap the menu in the upper right
2. Tap the export function
3. Specify the year and month. Tap "All" or "Next".
4. Confirm the storage destination folder, file name, etc. on the confirmation screen and tap "Export".
5. To send, tap "Select application".
Example: You can attach an export file to mail by tapping "one time only" in Gmail. You can select a destination and send it.

■ Import function
You can import the CSV file created by the export function as follows.
1. Tap the menu in the upper right
2. Tap the import function
3. Tap the file you want to import
4. Select the import destination and tap "OK"
5. Check the file name and import destination on the confirmation screen and tap "OK"
