That the Honorable Congress of the Union has addressed me the following
DECREE
THE GENERAL CONGRESS OF THE UNITED MEXICAN STATES,
D E C R E T A:
THE FEDERAL LAW OF TELECOMMUNICATIONS AND BROADCASTING, AND THE LAW OF THE PUBLIC BROADCASTING SYSTEM OF THE MEXICAN STATE ARE ISSUED; AND DIFFERENT PROVISIONS ON TELECOMMUNICATIONS AND BROADCASTING ARE AMENDED, ADDED AND REPEALED.
ARTICLE ONE.- The Federal Telecommunications and Broadcasting Law is issued.
