The PEP - Workplus management system should consist of two separate systems. The beneficiary application screen and administration pages.
Using the beneficiary application screen, beneficiaries should be able to access all details about the project. The application screen should consist of two languages: Turkish and Arabic. Once the application is made, the system immediately should report the person's suitability to the HQ Project Management. If the person is eligible, why is eligible and why is not should be reported. By using this screen, beneficiaries should be also able to directed to frequently asked questions and complaints-suggestions screen as well as mobile up-grated application
