1st grade
Able to acquire highly specialized knowledge on retail management, formulate a management plan and perform comprehensive management work.
2nd grade
To acquire specialized knowledge about sales mainly in the retail industry, to carry out a certain degree of management work, and to be able to instruct subordinates.
Level 3
Understand the basic mechanism of retail store operation, acquire basic knowledge and skills as a salesperson, and be able to conduct sales operations.
This qualification has an expiry date, and the qualification is valid for 5 years. If you do not attend the renewal course or the specified correspondence course within the time limit, it will expire.
However, if the second and third grades pass the upper-level salesperson examination within the deadline, if you present the certificate, you will be exempted from taking the renewal course or the specified correspondence course, and renew your qualification be able to.
