About TPS2026
The annual meeting is the most important event for the Physical Society of Taiwan (TPS). It provides a unique platform for physicists in Taiwan and the rest of the world to communicate their latest research results to a broad audience. For the past few years, the annual TPS meeting has attracted over 2,000 attendees each year.
The 2026 Annual Meeting (TPS2026) will be hosted by National Chung Cheng University on January 13-15, 2026, in Chiayi, Taiwan. There will be plenary presentations by distinguished speakers on the most exciting new developments, and parallel session presentations on advances in the broad research areas of pure and applied physics and physics education. There will also be topical symposiums, satellite meetings, business meetings, outreach programs, and a meeting of the chairmen of physics institutes in Taiwan.
