In order to improve citizens' autonomous exercise management and healthy eating behaviors, the New Taipei City Government Health Bureau developed the "New Taipei City Health 3.0" APP, which provides information and tools related to public health management, so as to prevent and reverse frailty and increase citizens' healthy life expectancy. The functions of the system include personal health database, exercise database, nutrition database and general health alerts, etc. The public can input blood pressure, weight, height and other physiological test values to record in personal health information, and they can also record daily diet and exercise by recording.
