Use grounding techniques before starting the exercises. Grounding techniques help bring your attention back to the present moment, calm the mind, and reduce anxiety.

The order in which you use them doesn’t matter — the main thing is to practice daily.

Meditate. Intuition becomes sharper when we meditate. This is also when the questions you seek answers to may arise. Use meditations that work for you, such as the Silva method or any other.

Before pressing the button on the screen, listen to your inner voice (it might be a visual or sound association).
Then – and this is very important – try to remember that feeling or association before pressing the button.
Compare it with the result (correct or incorrect).
The main goal of the practice is to hear and recognise your intuition’s answers.
About 10 minutes of daily practice can dramatically boost the effectiveness of your Gut Feeling.
Developing intuition takes persistence, practice, and belief in yourself!

Other examples: “I am knowing”, “I am spiritual”, “I live in the present moment” etc.
