The competition for positions in the Bureau of Economic Security of Ukraine involves passing a qualification exam (testing) and conducting an interview.
The proposed educational application contains lists of test questions with answers and their variants from general and special legislation, which will be offered at the official testing and, thanks to the implemented functionality, significantly facilitates and speeds up preparation.
Lists for knowledge of legislation were approved by the commission for holding the competition for the position of Director of the Bureau of Economic Security of Ukraine on July 29, 2021 (692 questions) and are divided into the following sections.
General legislation:
I. Constitution of Ukraine;
II. Law of Ukraine "On Civil Service";
III. Law of Ukraine "On Prevention of Corruption";
IV. Other legislation (laws of Ukraine "On the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine", "On central executive bodies", "On administrative services", "On local state administrations", "On appeals by citizens", "On access to public information", "On the principles of prevention and counteraction of discrimination in Ukraine", "On ensuring equal rights and opportunities for women and men", Convention on the rights of persons with disabilities, the Budget Code of Ukraine and the Tax Code of Ukraine).
Special legislation:
V. Tax Code of Ukraine;
VI. Law of Ukraine "On the Bureau of Economic Security of Ukraine";
VII. Budget Code of Ukraine;
VIII. Customs Code of Ukraine.
Features and capabilities of the application:
- Random and proportional formation of a trial test for 40 questions on general legislation and 30 questions on special legislation;
- Testing by questionx of any selected sections: in a row, randomly or by difficulty (determined by the statistics of passing tests by all users of the application);
- Work on problematic questions (testing on the questions you chose and in which mistakes were made);
- Convenient search and viewing of answers without passing the test;
- Justification of answers indicating articles and active references to laws;
- Listening to questions and answers using speech synthesis;
- The application does not require an Internet connection - it works in offline mode.
