Our institution operates under the academic direction of Professor Mireya Oglietti de Martínez, her address at calle 13 casa N 90 Colinas del neveri Barcelona, Bolívar municipality, Anzoátegui state, with the objective of the initial education service (preschool). The institution began with 15 students, increasing its enrollment year after year and it is until October 4, 2010, that it continues at the basic level at its new address, Simon Rodríguez street with hope street n 65 in the year 2018, the enrollment increases and again the continuation is made at the general average level and opening the section from 1st to 5th year under the direction of Professor Elena Quiñones and as head of evaluation and control of study, Wilfredo Aguilera and coordinator of the teacher Sumaira Cedeño and professor Isabel Garcia. The Martín Tovar y Tovar educational unit offers a fundamental educational experience to train its children and adolescents through the development of the necessary skills to take on the challenge of a competitive and demanding society, providing a service to the community in its mission of educating, train and prepare with excellence boys and girls with their critical conscience, humanists of all ages, who adapt to society.
