The SmartPay Staff App is part of the Adelante SmartPay local government income management product portfolio. It can only be used by staff from councils and universities that already have SmartPay installed and working and have purchased the SmartPay Staff App module.
The app is designed to allow mobile workers to accept payments from card holders in a face to face environment. The app works by sending cardholders a secure link that allows them to go online and complete a card payment. Once the payment is complete the result of the payment is posted into the app and also the SmartPay income management system.
The SmartPay Staff App includes a transaction history log as well as an online administration facility to view and refund transactions when required.
To use the application you will need to work for an Adelante customer running SmartPay 5 or higher.
