This was to start a family dynasty of working in the catering industry which has proudly served the people of South Wales and some notable visitors as well.

Today Emma Rabaiotti is proud to continue in the family tradition as the fifth generation to open her business in Cardiff and maintains the moto her Great grandfather first used.
