Unable to launch I keep getting a connection error when attempting to open the app. I uninstalled and redownloaded it and I'm still having the same issue. original post in January... no change as of 8/17/25.

Can't connect. Ive been on this app for over a year with no issues. I didnt start having issues with the app until after their 1st annual XPAT summit. Likely not connected but my app almost immediately stopped working after that. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app and i still get the same issue. Super buggy. Can't even get to the login page. I keep getting a 'there is an issue with your network or connection error.' Need to fix this bug.
